The Custom Design Process
Our custom design experience is built to be simple, collaborative, and transparent — guided personally from first conversation to final delivery.
1. Complimentary Design Consultation
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your vision, budget, stone preferences, and design details.
2. Diamond & Design Proposal
After the consultation, we source stone options and provide a detailed design proposal and estimate.
3. Deposit & CAD Design
A 50% deposit is required before CAD design begins. Once received, we create a custom CAD rendering of your piece.
4. CAD Review & Revisions
You'll review and approve your design before production begins. Minor revisions are included.
5. Production
Once approved, your piece enters production with our trusted manufacturing partners and bench jewelers.
6. Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining balance is due before shipment. Your finished jewelry is carefully inspected, packaged, insured, and shipped directly to you.
Typical Timeline
- Consultation to proposal: 1–3 business days
- CAD design: 3–7 business days
- Production: 4–6 weeks
- Total: approximately 5–8 weeks
