Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, and they're graded by the same independent laboratories. The only difference is origin — they're created in a lab rather than mined from the earth. Because of that, they cost significantly less, which is how we offer exceptional size and quality without traditional retail markups.

Are your diamonds certified?

Our finished pieces are IGI certified and include certification papers documenting the diamond's exact specifications and origin. Full grading reports for loose stones are available on request — just ask.

How does the custom design process work?

It's a simple, guided, six-step process: consultation, diamond & design proposal, deposit & CAD design, CAD review & revisions, production, and final delivery. See the full breakdown on our Custom Design Process page.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most custom pieces take approximately 5–8 weeks from CAD approval, depending on design complexity.

How much does a custom piece cost, and is a deposit required?

Pricing is transparent and tailored to your design and stone choice — you'll receive a detailed estimate after your consultation. A 50% deposit is required before CAD design begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Can I use one of your loose stones in a custom design?

Absolutely. Any loose diamond in our collection can be set into a fully custom piece. Have a stone or heirloom of your own? Mention it during your consultation and we'll talk through your options.

Do you offer payment options?

Shop Pay installments are available at checkout on eligible orders, so you can pay over time.

How is my order shipped?

Every order ships fully insured with an adult signature required on delivery. Domestic U.S. shipping is complimentary, and ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made specifically for each client, custom jewelry, custom engagement rings, loose diamonds, and special-order items are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
